What makes Fearless Adventures unique from other team building adventure companies?
We offer 3 different types of team building events completely tailored to your companies needs. Whether it is outcome-based or just a break away weekend, with fun and unique activities, you are guaranteed to learn something new!
A third and very unique option is executive team building. This type of team building caters for the more adventurous team or board of Directors that want to do something unique and push themselves mentally and physically. From ice climbing in Lesotho to river rafting in Iceland and Nepal, we offer unique ‘off the beaten track adventures’ to fit your needs. These trips need to be booked a little in advance due to accommodation and flight arrangements and also to be able to get the best price available. So please let us know in time if you are interested in this type of team build.
For our outcome-based team building events, we offer two venues.
1. The Breede River Lodge, where you can incorporate activities like river rafting, rock climbing , abseiling, paintball, survivor games and even the highest zipline (foofie slide) in the Western Cape. All while coming back to a riverside lodge, where a wine and dine experience awaits.
2. The Dehoek camp in Oudshoorn, close to the Cango Caves. This beautiful camp is situated at the foot of the magnificent Swartberg mountain range. Here you can enjoy team building activities like paintball, rock climbing, abseiling, caving, survivor games, orienteering, star gazing and much much more!
For tailor-made day team builds, call us to arrange one of our adventure activities like SUPing, canyoning, whitewater river boarding, abseiling, rock climbing or a fun combination of these activities, like SUPing and abseiling and a delicious lunch on the banks of the Kaaimans river near Wilderness, Garden Route.
Roche Schoeman, director of Fearless Adventures has also done many motivational talks on his extreme endeavours. These mainly include stories from swimming 2460 kms alone and unsupported on the Orange River to kayaking waterfalls in Iceland. These talks can also be incorporated into the team build for a well rounded experience.
Fearless Adventures also have HPCSA registered Medics on standby at all their events, free of charge. For more information regarding team building outcomes and if they really work, please refer to our team build blog post. For more information and price options give us a call.
The aim of our team building activities, is to take participants out of their comfort zones and move them beyond the work place, into a natural and unfamiliar environment. All programmes are set up according to the groups abilities and are run by experienced and qualified facilitators.
